| Product Introduction The jet submersible aerator mainly consists of a submersible electric pump, Venturi tube, diffusion tube, air intake pipe, and silencer. The QSP type jet submersible aerator has two installation forms: mobile and self-coupling. The mobile installation method involves placing the submersible aerator at the bottom of the tank, positioned by its own weight, offering features such as flexible positioning, mobility, and low cost. The self-coupling installation involves fixing the aeration device and a dedicated base at the bottom of the tank, installing matching support blocks at the top of the tank, and connecting the two with guide rails. The submersible electric pump is connected to a specific bracket and slides down the guide rails to the base outlet position, where it automatically couples and seals through the pump's own weight. Self-coupling installation allows for the lifting and installation of the electric pump without requiring personnel to enter the tank for installation or maintenance. >Scope of Application Suitable for deep water aeration, aeration and mixing in biochemical tanks, sludge aeration and mixing, and high-concentration organic wastewater treatment processes. The QSP type jet submersible aerator can operate normally and continuously under the following conditions: 1. Maximum medium temperature not exceeding 40°C; 2. Medium pH between 5 and 9; 3. Medium density not exceeding 1150 kg/m³. The water flow generated by the submersible pump passes through the nozzle to form a high-speed flow, creating negative pressure around the nozzle to draw in air through the intake pipe. The air mixes with the water flow in the mixing chamber, producing a water-air mixed flow in the bell-shaped diffusion tube, which is ejected at high speed. The water flow, carrying numerous bubbles, undergoes vortex mixing over a large area and depth, completing the aeration process. The shaft power does not change with the submersible depth, and the air intake can be adjusted. Because of this, the jet aerator can be used in tanks with significant water level variations. >Product Features The jet submersible aerator consists of a submersible electric pump and a jet nozzle, enabling simultaneous water agitation and oxygenation. It produces fine bubbles, achieving high oxygen transfer rates while offering advantages such as non-clogging impellers. The powerful unidirectional liquid flow creates effective convective circulation, and the motor load varies little with water level changes.
